SPRING IN MY GARDEN

I love spring. I was born in April, maybe that's why I don't know.

APPLE PANCAKES

 2 cups unbleached flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil (grape seeds)
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 apples, shredded


Mix first 8 ingredients, add apples. Bake on medium heat on one side,  than  on the other side,
until done (light brown)

Kiwi berry flowers

I love this time of year, when everything is blooming.
T kiwi berry fragrant is so strong and the flowers are so beautiful.
