PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

                                          PORK CHOP CASSEROLE


Delicious dinner in short time.My family love this dish.


6 pork chops boneless
Seasoned salt
1 can (10oz) cream of onion soup
1/2 cup each milk and sour cream
1 (24 oz) package hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup French-fried onion,divided
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sprinkle pork chop with seasoned salt and brown in lightly greased skillet. Set aside.
combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
Stir in potatoes and  1/2 cup of cheese. Spoon mixture into a 9x13 glass baking dish.
Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered in a preheated 350 F oven for 45 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onion. Bake uncovered 10 minutes longer.
Serve with salad, arugula.
